Return policy

Time limits

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us immediately.

Wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Non-registered

If you haven't registered an account on canvasdevil.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Sealed goods

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Changed my mind

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse due to custom nature of our business: personalized goods that are made just for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a clear manufacturer or decoration defects.

Budcamo products
These products are treated as regular clothing items and are not personalized goods. We will issue a refund if you change your mind or offer an exchange if the wrong size is ordered.

Product return process

Return authorization
Before sending the item back, you must obtain a return authorization from our customer service team. This ensures that your return is tracked and handled appropriately. Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refunds or exchanges.
Condition verification
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the above criteria. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Return address
Due to the nature of our business and our global network of reputable printing partners, we do not provide a fixed return address. All returns must be sent back to the address specified on the original packaging of your order. If you have misplaced the packaging or are unsure of the return address, please contact us immediately. Our customer service team will promptly provide you with the correct return address for your specific order. This approach ensures that your return is processed efficiently and directed to the appropriate location, whether it is in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, or Japan.

Refund policy

Eligibility for a refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund processing and approval
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore we reserve rights to refuse refunds at its sole discretion.
